I am A+ 2009 Certified and can provide proof upon request. I passed the first part of the A+ 2009 test 860/900 and the second part 885/900. I am also an active member of ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). I provide an invoice for all of my repair work and will sign a W9 when required.
